ChlamyBase will present an integrated view of the Chlamydomonas genome and its genomic, genetic and phenotypic data. Genome data is being imported from JGI and annotation information is being imported from ChlamyDB. ChlamyBase supports extensive community annotation features for genes, phenotypes and other data.

ChlamyBase is part of a grant submitted to NSF and not yet funded. As such, the site is not actively maintained. This site is a pilot project (containing real data), intended for demonstration purposes.
